Delivery note complaints

- This tab displays a list of all complaints that have been issued for the delivery note. You can view existing complaints or create new complaints.
You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

At complaint level: Number of the complaint. At item level: Product for which the complaint was issued. |
Complaint date |
At complaint level: Date on which the complaint was created. At item level: Article number of the product for which the complaint was issued. |
Supplier |
At complaint level: Name of the supplier. At item level: Reason for the complaint. |
Company |
At complaint level: Name of the company that issued the complaint. At item level: Reasons and treatment of complaint. |
User |
At complaint level: User who issued the complaint. At item level: Number of items that were complained about. |
