Delivery note complaints

This tab displays a list of all complaints that have been issued for the delivery note. You can view existing complaints or create new complaints.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column

Description

Details

Shows or hides further levels of detail (individual items)

displays details of the complaint

Number

At complaint level: Number of the complaint.

At item level: Product for which the complaint was issued.

Complaint date

At complaint level: Date on which the complaint was created.

At item level: Article number of the product for which the complaint was issued.

Supplier

At complaint level: Name of the supplier.

At item level: Reason for the complaint.

Company

At complaint level: Name of the company that issued the complaint.

At item level: Reasons and treatment of complaint.

User

At complaint level: User who issued the complaint.

At item level: Number of items that were complained about.
