Converting invoice item
In this dialogue box, an invoice item can be converted to transport costs or a minimum amount supplement.
Note: This conversion option is only possible for invoices imported in CBL format.
Invoice item
- The data and status of the invoice item are displayed
Conversion options
By activating the following options
- Convert to transport costs
- Convert to minimum amount supplement
you can convert the invoice item data into “transport costs” (CBL: “ExtraTransport”) or “minimum amount supplement” (CBL: “SmallOrderCharge”).
This item is then no longer considered in invoice processing and is automatically assigned the other status when the corresponding task is run.
