Order statistics list

On this page you can view statistics relating to orders. Using the search function, you can group orders by specific criteria and view the totals. For example, you can group orders by year and month, buying company, supplier, status, cost unit, etc.

In the Search area, select the search criteria that you want to use from the selection lists.

In the first selection list, select a search criterion from the list of available criteria, for example, Year, Month or Status.
In the second list, select an operator. The operator specifies the condition that must be met, for example, is equal to (=) or is less than (<). See Comparison operators for more information on operators.
In the third selection list, enter or select the value to which the search criterion must correspond, for example, 2006, February, Sent.
In the Group selection list, select how you want to group the orders, for example, by Supplier.

Use following icons to add and delete search criteria.

	Adds a new search line in addition to the search line above it. For example, you can search for Supplier A and supplier B.
	Adds a new search line as an alternative to the search line above it. For example, you can search for Supplier A or Supplier B.
	Deletes a search line.

Click the Display results button to confirm the search criteria and display the results.

The following information is displayed, in accordance with your search criteria:

Column	Description
Date	Which information is displayed here depends on the grouping that you have selected and the search criteria entered. For example, if you select Month in the Group selection list, the months for which orders exist that correspond to your search criteria are displayed. If you group by Supplier, the total is displayed for each supplier grouping.
Orders	Total number of orders for the grouping. For example, number of orders for the month of January.
Order items	Total number of order items for the grouping
Net amount	Total net value of the orders for the grouping
Gross amount	Total gross value of the orders for the grouping
Grouping type	The heading of this column depends on the selection you made in the Group selection list. For example, if you group by supplier, the name of each supplier is displayed in this column. If you group by buying company, the name of each buying company is displayed.
