Requests for quotation - Open tab

This page page displays all open requests for quotation, that have not yet been answered by the supplier.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
Details	shows and hides further levels of detail (individual items) Click this icon to view or edit the request.
Name	At RFQ level: RFQ Name At position level: Article number and description of the product.
Supplier	Name of the supplier and number of the frame contract.
Status	Status of the request. This combination of icons is displayed to a buyer when a reply has been received from the supplier. Click the icon to add the product to your basket. Click the icon to open the currently active basket.
Positions	At RFQ level: Number of positions At position level: Requested quantity of the product
Price	The price is only displayed when the supplier has entered the price.
Date	The date on which the price request was sent to the supplier is displayed when the request has been sent by the buyer.
Valid until	The validity date is displayed if the supplier entered a validity date. The given price is only valid until this date.
	Prints the request as a PDF file.
