Template/quantity request - Scheduling tab

In this tab you can schedule a template or quantity request. Changes can only be made in this tab by the person who created the template or quantity request.

The template or quantity request is presented to the users assigned in the tab Users and companies at the intervals you specify here.

Automatic scheduling

Repetition

Specifies the intervals at which the template/quantity request should be automatically scheduled, that is, when and for how long the template/quantity request is available to the assigned users.

No scheduling (manual) – no automatic scheduling

Daily – every day

Weekly – every week on the selected weekday

Monthly, day – every month on the selected date

Monthly, week – every month on the selected weekday or working day

Tip: You can specify other intervals by entering values in the field Every and selecting values from the list on.

Valid from ... until ...

You can only fill in these fields if you select None (manual). Here you specify the period during which the template /quantity request will be available to the assigned users.

Starts on ... Ends on ...

This field is displayed when you select a repetition interval. Here you specify the period during which the template /quantity request will be available to the assigned users.

Valid for: ... working days

This field is only displayed when you select a repetition interval. Here you specify the number of working days for which the template /quantity request is valid, for example, you can activate the template /quantity request on the first of every month, but it is only available for 5 working days.

Every … on

This field is only displayed when you select a repetition interval. By entering a value in the field Every and selecting from the list on you can define more specific intervals, for example, every 3rd month on the last Friday of the month.

Manual scheduling

If you do not select automatic scheduling for a template, the template is available to the assigned users for the duration of the period specified in the fields Valid from ... until....

If you do not select automatic scheduling for a quantity request, you must release the quantity request by clicking the Release request button. The quantity request only becomes available to the assigned users after you have released it. The users receive a message in their lobby to notify them that the quantity request has been released. A released quantity request is indicated by the icon .

Click the Withdraw request button to withdraw the quantity request. After withdrawal it is no longer available to the assigned users. A withdrawn quantity request is indicated by the icon .
