Editing delivery notes
You can only edit a delivery note if it has not been closed. Delivery notes are closed by activating the option Closed in the delivery note details. If items are delivered after the delivery note has been closed, you must create a new delivery note.
- To edit delivery notes for your own orders, select the menu item Status and click the Purchase requests or Requisitions link.
- To edit delivery notes for orders submitted by other users, select the menu item Control center and click the Delivery administration link. Then click the link for the item you want to edit:
- Demand requests
- Requisition notes
- Purchase requests
- To edit a delivery note for the entire order, click the checkbox
next to the order to select it
.To create a delivery note for individual items, click
to display the items, then click the checkbox
next to the items to select them
.
- Click the Delivery note button.
The Delivery note page is displayed.
- In the No. selection list, select the delivery note that you want to edit and click the Next button.
The Delivery note page is displayed.
- Make the changes and click Save. See Filling in a delivery note for more information on filling delivery notes.
