Status - Icons

The status of an order is indicated by different icons. The colour of a status icon provides information about the current status of the order. When you click a status icon, further information about the status is displayed.

Note: Individual items of an order may have a different status from other order items. Icons may have more than one colour due to the different status of the individual items in the order.

Order status

  • The order cannot be delivered. This may be temporary, due to problems with the recipient's server, for example. The order will be sent again with the next order dispatch
  • The order was cancelled after it was dispatched to the supplier
  • The minimum order volume was not reached or the order numbering scheme has expired

The additional icon in the form of a stamp indicates that an order confirmation has been received. The additional icon remains in front of the order icon, no matter what status the icon for the order has.

If the additional icon is black, there are no differences between the order and the order confirmation.

If the additional icon is red, there are differences between the order and the order confirmation, for example, differences in quantity or price.

Delivery status

Awaiting subsequent delivery (partial delivery)

Automatic receipt of goods. Part of the order has been delivered and automatic receipt of goods for the delivered items has been carried out. The delivery note can be edited to revoke the automatic receipt of goods.

The delivery note is closed, but not complete. After a wrong delivery mail has been sent, the status is reset, for example, from green to yellow. The purchaser must edit and then close the wrong delivery.

Automatic receipt of goods. The delivery note is closed, but not complete. The automatic receipt of goods was carried out for the items concerned. The delivery note can be edited to cancel the automatic receipt of goods.

Not delivered and faulty items. At least one ordered item cannot be delivered or was cancelled.

Delivered (receipt of goods recorded in a delivery note). Everything is OK, but not yet complete.

Delivery note is closed and can no longer be edited.

Automatic receipt of goods. The items ordered have been delivered. Everything is OK, but not yet complete. Automatic receipt of goods was carried out. The delivery note can be edited to cancel the automatic receipt of goods.

Completed automatic receipt of goods. Delivery note was closed by the requester without complaint or was closed by the purchaser after issuing a complaint.

Automatic receipt of goods was stopped by manual processing of the delivery note.

At least one ordered item cannot be delivered or was cancelled and at least one ordered item has been delivered.

There are differences between the delivery note and the order. The status of the delivery note is 'Problem'. The delivery note can be edited, provided it has not yet been closed. Complaints are not issued until the delivery note is closed.

There is a problem with the order and the order must be edited. A complaint was automatically issued by the system because the delivery note was closed. The colour of the status icon may change to green or yellow when the complaint is completed.

A delivery advice note has been sent. The additional icon (an exclamation mark) is removed when the status of the delivery changes, since it is intended as a reminder that a delivery is due.

Invoice status

Delivered but not yet checked.

The invoice has been checked. There were errors for at least one invoice item.

Checked and correct.

The invoice has been checked. There were errors for at least one invoice item and at least one invoice item is correct.

The invoice has been checked. There were errors in all invoice items.
