In this tab you can select delivery, invoice and contact addresses for the entire basket. You can also specify desired delivery dates and select accounting information for the basket, if this has been assigned to you by your company administrator.
Addresses
Which addresses are available for selection depends on the settings in your user profile.
You can select the following address types:

Mailroom address |
Company delivery address. Goods ordered are sent to this address. |
Invoice address |
Company invoice address. Invoices and credits notes are sent to this address. |
Recipient address |
Personal delivery address ("delivery to desk"). Depending on the settings in the basic contract, recipient addresses may be provided to the supplier or used only for internal distribution of delivered goods. |
Contact address |
Personal contact address. The system can be configured so that this e-mail address is sent to the supplier in case there are queries about the order. |
Delivery
In this section you can specify desired delivery dates for the products in the basket.

The date on which you would like the products to be delivered. |
Earliest delivery date |
The earliest date for delivery of the products. Products should not be delivered before this date. |
Latest delivery date |
The latest date for delivery of the products. Products should not be delivered after this date. |
Delivery time |
Enter two dates to specify a period during which the products should be delivered. |
Accounting data
The following accounting data may be displayed. Accounting data makes it easier to assign the costs for ordered goods to specific control structures, such as cost centres or projects.
Note: The company administrator specifies which accounting data is displayed and how it is displayed. You can view and may also be able to edit these details in your profile.
Depending on the settings selected by your company administrator in your user profile, these fields may be filled in automatically by the system with default values. However, you may have to make selections from these lists. If a selection is mandatory, you must select an entry before you can submit the basket. Selection may also be optional, that is, you may select an entry but you can still submit the basket if you do not.
Mandatory fields
When you save a basket, the system does not check whether mandatory fields have been filled in. This makes it possible to save baskets without filling in all mandatory fields. Mandatory fields are only checked when the basket is ordered.
Exceptions are fields in the details of a basket item which must be filled in so that the item can be added to the basket.
