The page displays a list of all budgets that you are authorized to edit. You can view, edit and delete existing budgets. New budgets can only be assigned in the details of the corresponding object. For example, a user budget is assigned in the user profile, or a project budget is assigned in the project details. See Budgets - Basics for more information on budgets.
You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

Name |
Name assigned to the budget. When you create a new budget, the name of the corresponding object is automatically assigned. For example, if you assign a budget to a cost centre named Administration, the name of the budget is also Administration. You can change the name in the budget details. |
Company |
Name of the company that is responsible for administration of the budget |
Parent type |
Object to which the budget is assigned, for example, company, cost centre, contract, etc. |
Currency/unit |
Currency in which the budget is defined |
Budget template |
Name of the budget template that is used to reset the budget at the end of the relevant time period. See Budget templates for more information. |
Total budget |
Current remaining value of a total budget. This figure is automatically recalculated when baskets to which the budget applies are submitted. |
Annual budget |
Current remaining value of an annual budget. This figure is automatically recalculated when orders to which the budget applies are submitted. |
Monthly budget |
Current remaining value of a monthly budget. This figure is automatically recalculated when orders to which the budget applies are submitted. |
Weekly budget |
Current remaining value of a weekly budget. This figure is automatically recalculated when orders to which the budget applies are submitted. |
Daily budget |
Current remaining value of a daily budget. This figure is automatically recalculated when orders to which the budget applies are submitted. |
