Budget - Details

Page finder

On this page you can edit or delete an existing budget. New budgets can only be assigned in the details of the corresponding object. For example, a user budget is assigned in the user profile, or a cost centre budget is assigned in the cost centre details. Changes that you make here are automatically applied to the corresponding object, for example, to the user profile. See Budgets - Basics for more information on budgets.

Note: You can only delete a budget completely if it is not assigned to any other object. Deleted budgets are indicated by the icon .

Activate the check box next to the budget type that you want to define and enter the following information:

Option

Description

Name

Name of the budget. When you create a new budget, the name of the corresponding object is automatically assigned, but it can be changed here. For example, if you assign a budget to a cost centre named Administration, the name of the budget is also Administration.

Currency

Currency in which the total, yearly, monthly, weekly or daily budget is specified.

Budget type

Type of object to which the budget is assigned, for example, user, company, contract, etc. You cannot edit this field.

Client company

Name of the company that is responsible for administration of the budget. You cannot edit this field.
