On this page, you can create a new form, edit or delete an existing form, or save a copy of a form. Forms are used to create orders and cancellations automatically, in delivery notes, credit notes and invoices, etc. See Creating and editing forms for more information about forms.
The following information is displayed:
Option |
Description |
---|---|
Company |
Enter the name of the company to which the form applies or search for the name. Company administrators who are assigned to a specific company can only select from a list of companies for which they are responsible. Note: If you do not select a company, the form is valid for all companies for which neither the company itself nor its parent company has its own form of the same type. |
Type |
Select the required form type. Information is automatically configured based on the selected type, for example, MIME type |
Language |
Select the language for the form. This only serves as a note for the system in order to be able to offer the recipient a form in his language if several language versions are available. Note: The form text is not generally translated, that is, a new form must be created and loaded for forms in other languages. It is not sufficient to switch languages here.
|
Prints the form as a PDF file. This option is only available for company administrators who are authorized to edit the data of all companies. |
File upload
Option |
Description |
---|---|
File on disk |
Enter the name of the file or click the Browse button to search for the file. Click the Upload button to store a copy of the file in the system in the Forms folder and the path is entered. When the program is updated this file is not modified, so individually created forms are retained. |
File information

Description |
---|---|
MIME type |
The MIME type is important for processing by web servers or e-mail clients (it determines what these do with the form) and is entered automatically |
File info |
The path to the form is stored here. The path must be entered relatively (e.g. ./AgoraAG/companylogo_h.gif instead of C:/IO/Web\Forms\AgoraAG\companylogo_h.gif) Note: If the default form file is stored in the Forms folder, enter the relative path to the file here directly and do not insert it by copying it. This ensures that this file can be modified at the next update. |
Character set |
The system-wide valid character set applies. This does not have to be set up here separately (leave field empty). For other languages with other special characters, a language-specific setting is required (e.g. UTF-8 for Czech) |
