In this tab you can select an user to act as your deputy while you are absent. When you have activated the deputy function, the selected user can log in as your deputy via his lobby and carry out all your duties in the system for the duration of the period you specify. Your deputy does not have to have the same rights as you in order to act as your deputy.

Note: A company administrator can also select and activate deputies for other users.

Enter the following information and activate the option Deputy activated (absence). You can deactivate the deputy with this option at any time.

Field

Description

Startdate

Date on which the deputy should assume your duties. Click the cal_bbg icon to select the date from the calendar.

Enddate

Date on which the deputy function should be deactivated.

Deputy

Select the name of the deputy from the list.

Reason

Select a reason for your absence from the list, for example holiday.
