Authorization set

Select the name of an authorization set from the selection list. To add another authorization set, click the Add authorization set button. To remove an authorization set, click the icon next to the authorization set.

For some authorization sets, you must also specify for which company the authorization set is valid and whether the authorization set is valid for related companies.

In the Company selection list, select one of the following options:

Users with the following authorizations are allowed to assign the current role set to other users

This option determines whether company administrators can assign the role set to other users:

• Never: The role set may not be assigned to other users
• If for all companies: A company administrator may assign the role set to other users if he is responsible for all companies
• Always: The role set may be assigned to other users

Catalog match code

Enter the number of the basic contract from which users can order.

You can enter more than one number. Separate the numbers with a comma.
You can also use the wild cards * (asterisk) and ? (question mark) to define several contracts. For example, 34*, 36*, 3?000

Price group

Select the price group to which users belonging to this role set should have access

Catalog view

Enter the name that was entered as the designation for "Rechtsvermerk" in the catalog to be used (user catalog)

With price

Activate this check box if users belonging to this role should be able to see prices in the assigned catalogs
