This page displays detailed information about a supplier.

Note: Supplier information can only be displayed for imported, original supplier catalogs and not for catalogs that may have been created within the system, such as user catalogs.

The name and number of the supplier and address and contact information are displayed. A logo or pictures may also be displayed.

Note: This section may not be displayed, for example, if you access this page from the catalog editor. Depending on the settings in the basic contract, not all information listed here may be displayed.

Field	Description
Basic contract	Number of the basic contract
Name	Name of the basic contract
Valid until	Date on which the basic contract expires
Delivery time	Standard delivery time for products in the catalog
Order Confirmation	Rules for order confirmations defined in the basic contract, for example, whether order confirmations are mandatory
Catalog	Description and number of the catalog
Region	Valid region codes for the supplier
Contact person (Buyer)	Buying company contact person named in the basic contract with address and contact details
Contact person (Supplier)	Supplier company contact person named in the basic contract with address and contact details
Terms of Trade Payment via Shipping & handling Cancelation conditions	Information specified in the basic contract regarding terms and conditions
Outlets	Outlets assigned to the supplier with address and contact data. Only displayed if at least one outlet has been assigned to the supplier
