Addresses list (Profile)

Page finder

This page displays a list of all your personal and company contact and delivery addresses that you or your company administrator have entered in the system. You can view and edit existing addresses and add new addresses.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column

Description

Click this icon to edit the address.

This icon indicates a deleted address and is only displayed if you have the appropriate rights. You can reactivate the address by clicking the icon and saving the address.

This icon indicates an address that you can view, but not edit.

Postal code

Post code for the address

City

Name of the city or town

Street

Name of the street

Details

Details of the address. Which information is displayed here depends on the address settings in your user profile.

Icons

The icon represents a contact address. Click the option button below this icon to select this address as your default contact address .

The icon represents a recipient address. Click the option button below this icon to select this address as your default recipient address .

Note: If you selected the option Recipient address is identical to contact address when you created the address, only one option button is displayed. If an option button is deactivated , the address has not been assigned the attribute contact address or recipient address (see Address attributes).
