In this tab you can enter or edit details of an address.

Note: When you enter or edit an address and click the Save button, your company address list is automatically updated. If you are not authorized to update this address list, you must click the Save copy button instead of Save.

Beschreibung

Location

Enter the address data in the input fields.

ILN: International location numbers (or global locator numbers) are allocated by the international EAN (European Article number) community and are used to uniquely identify addresses. If the appropriate form is used, they can be transmitted to the supplier with an order. They can also be used when importing xCBL invoices.

Numbers

Enter the telephone, fax and mobile phone numbers.

Internet
  • Enter the e-mail address. If you have selected the necessary settings in your lobby (see Changing settings for messages), system messages will also be sent to this address.
  • WWW: Enter the address of an Internet web site
  • Activate the option Additional fields to enter additional e-mail and Internet addresses.
