Adding products not in the catalog to a basket

If free form orders are permitted in the basic contracts of the catalogs that are assigned to you and you are authorized to create free form orders, the Add free form product button is displayed in your basket. With this button you can order products that are not included in the catalog. You enter the details of the product and supplier yourself.

1. Open the basket (see Editing baskets).
2. Click the Add free form product button.

   The Item details page is displayed.

3. In the fields of the Master data tab, enter the details for the product. You can only select suppliers for whom free form orders are possible.
4. Click Apply.

The product is added to the basket.
