Scheduling templates/quantity requests for use

Templates and quantity requests can be scheduled for use at regular intervals. For example, if you order a product, such as printer paper, once a month, you can create a template for the product and specify a monthly repetition interval for the template. The users assigned to the template receive a message in their lobby at the specified repetition interval to remind them about the template. Users who need the product can then use the template to create and submit a basket. You can also specify a validity period and manually activate quantity requests.

Selecting a scheduling interval/activating quantity requests

  1. Open the template or quantity request (see Editing templates/quantity requests).
  2. Click the Scheduling tab.

  3. From the Repetition selection list, select the interval at which the template should be presented to users, for example, Weekly. Depending on your selection, further options are displayed for you to specify the interval.

  4. Click Save.
