CBL invoice importer (scheduled task)

The scheduled task reads the XML data and writes the invoice data to the 'Intermediate database' ("Invoice system") for invoices.

There are two associated tasks here:

CBL invoice importer and CBL transformer

The CBL transformer should run after the CBL invoice importer, as it processes the data from it.

Parameters

• Path
• Delete files after
  successful
  import
• POP3 Server
• SMTP server
• POP3 user name
• POP3 password
• Inform sender in case of error
• Delete messages from mailbox
• DTD

Recommended execution interval

Depending on how often invoices arrive, for example once a day or twice (at 12-hour intervals).
