Check rule conditions (scheduled task)
In order to ensure that no 'data garbage' accrues, the approval rules can be checked for deleted objects, for example users already deleted etc.
Parameters
The rule can thus be deactivated. If this doesn't happen, it is merely marked for internal deletion. If the second option is checked, the user set in the task receives a message stating whether rules were found which in the above sense are no longer required.
Recommended execution interval
Depending on the use of the system once every 1 to 4 weeks.
