Sending requests for quotation to suppliers
You can send RFQ items in the basket individually, per basic contract or all together to the suppliers. RFQ items are indicated in the basket by the icon 
in the Single price column.
To display only RFQ items in the basket, click the Price request view on button. Click the Price request view off button to display all basket items again.
Note: You can only send requests for quotation from the price request view.
- To send an individual RFQ item, click the icon in the Single price column of the item.
- To send all RFQ items of a basic contract, click the icon in the Article No. column of the basic contract.
- To send all RFQ items, click the Send request for quotation button.
The request for quotation is sent and displayed in the Open RFQs list. A request for quotation has the same name as the basket from which it was created. The corresponding RFQ items are removed from the basket. If you sent all RFQ items, a request for quotation is created for each basic contract.
