Adding free form requests for quotation to the basket

You can create requests for quotation for products which are not included in the catalog. This is only possible for frame contracts, which allow free form requests for quotation. Furthermore you must have the auhtorization to create free form orders.

1. Select the menu Basket.
2. Select the menu item RFQ.

   The page Requests for quotation is displayed.

3. Click the button .

   The page Item details is displayed.

4. Enter all necessary information in the fields in the tab Master data. You can only select certain suppliers that allow free form requests for quotation.
5. Click Apply.

A new request for quotation position will be added to the active basket. You can add further request for quotation positions and then send these to the supplier.
