Address - Companies and users tab

or In this tab you can assign companies and users to an address. If you assign a company to the address, the address can be used by all users who belong to that company.
- Company administrators who are authorized to edit the data of all companies can view and assign all available companies and users.
- Company administrators who are assigned to a specific company can only view and assign that company and its subsidiary companies and users who belong to these companies.
Address company
The address company is the company that owns the address. Only the company administrators of this company can edit the address. If you do not enter an address company, all company administrators can edit the address. Enter the name of the company or search for it.
Assigning companies and users
To assign a company or a user, select the company or user in the Available list and click the icon 
. To remove the assignment, select the company or user in the Assigned list and click the icon 
.
