or On this page buyers or buyer groups can be assigned to the supplier who can edit the basic contract.
Buyers
By assigning buyers, the editing of the supplier's basic contracts is limited to these buyers.
- Select the user name in the available buyers column
- Transfer the selected user into the column assigned buyers by using the arrow
- You can delete the assignment of buyers by clicking
.
Buyer groups
By assigning buyer groups, the editing of the supplier's basic contracts is limited to those who belong to the group. Editing of buyer groups is only possible if this is scheduled in your system.
- Select the desired buyer groups in the available buyer groups column
- Transfer the selected user into the column assigned buyer groups by using the arrow
- You can delete the assignment of buyer groups by clicking .
