Creating and editing suppliers

A catalog manager can create new supplier companies.

  1. On the page Catalog administration click the link suppliers.

    The page Suppliers is displayed.

  2. Click:
    • the button New entry to create a new supplier
    • the icon to edit an existing supplier

    The Supplier profile is displayed. Select the menu item Help to display detailed information about this page.

  3. On the tab Master data , enter the company details. Select the menu item Help to display detailed information about the fields. If the supplier should not be able to create new catalogs in the system, activate the option No creation of new catalogs is allowed. This is also valid for new combinations of existing catalogs in the catalog editor.
  4. Enter the necessary information on the other tabs of the supplier profile and click Save. Select the menu item Help to display detailed information about the tabs.
