Page finder

This page displays the data of all companies that you are authorized to edit in a hierarchical structure.

Activate the check box next to the type of company that you want to display in the hierarchy. For example, to display only supplier companies, activate the check box next to the Supplier company option, deactivate all other check boxes and click the Update display button.

For each company, you can display the relevant company data, such as the assigned users, catalogs, basic contracts, control structures and subsidiary companies, by clicking the icon .

To view or edit the data for an element, click the name of the element. For example, to edit the data of a company employee, click next to the entry Employees and then click the name of the employee.

Note: You can only view items for which you have appropriate user rights. For example, a company administrator can only view and edit basic contracts if he also has the authorization set Purchaser for the company.
