Companies list
Page finderThis page displays a list of all companies that you are authorized to edit. You can add new companies and edit and delete existing companies.
You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).
Note: By default, only purchasing companies are displayed. To display all companies, select the option All in the search area and click the Display results button.

Name |
Name of the company |
Subsidiary of |
If the company has been defined as a subsidiary of another company in the Master data tab of the company profile, the name of the parent company is displayed in this column. |
Attributes |
Company attributes define the type of company and its role in the system. See Types of company for more information on the available attributes. To change the attributes for a company, activate Note: You cannot change the attributes for a company to which you are directly assigned as company administrator. |
Partnernumber Industry |
The BBG partner number of the company (entered in the Master data tab of the company profile). The industry sector in which the company operates (entered in the Master data tab of the company profile). |
Company type |
The company type selected in the Master data tab of the company profile, for example, company, department or holding. |
Status |
This column is only displayed if the supplier approval function is configured in your system. With this function, suppliers must first be approved by the purchasing company before goods can be ordered from the supplier's catalogs. The status of this approval procedure is displayed in this column. See Supplier approval - Status icons for more information. |
