You can create and edit companies and company data by clicking the appropriate links on the Company Administration page. To display this page, select the menu Control center, then select the menu item Companies or click the Company Administration link.
Note: You can only view and edit the information of companies to which you are assigned as company administrator. See Company administrators for more information.
The page is divided into the following sections:

View a list of all companies. Create, edit and delete companies. See Company profile for more information. |

View a hierarchical representation of company information. The company hierarchy provides an overview of all information that has been defined for a company, such as its subsidiary companies, employees, catalogs and basic contracts. It also provides rapid access to these objects. For example, you can click on a basic contract displayed in the company hierarchy to display details of the basic contract. |

Addresses |
View a list of all addresses. Create, edit and delete addresses and assign companies and users to addresses. |
View a list of all forms. Create, edit, delete and copy forms. Forms are used wherever they are used in non- electronic ordering, for example, for orders, cancellations, delivery notes, credit notes and invoices. |

View a list of all accounts. Create, edit and delete accounts. Accounts are used for printing credit notes and sometimes for producing debit notes. You must first create at least one bank before you can create a new account. |

View a list of all banks. Create and edit banks. |

View a list of all budgets for companies, basic contracts, users, cost centres, types of costs, projects and credit cards. View, edit and delete budgets. To create a new budget, you must edit the appropriate object. For example, to create a new budget for a company, enter the budget in the Accounting tab of the company profile. |

View a list of all budget templates. View, edit and delete budget templates. Budget templates are used to reset budgets to their start value. |

Control structures facilitate the economic allocation of the expenses incurred through orders. See Control structures for more information.

Additional control structures
Control structures A and B can be used in addition to the standard control structures and company-specific names can be assigned to them. Control structure type A and control structure type B entries classify control structures, but they are for information only.
