On this page you can assign users as contact persons to a company organisation. You can assign users to contact / user categories roles and create new roles and categories.

Description

Approval role Contact / user category

With this option you can categorize contact / user categoriesapproval roles. For example, you can differentiate between business contact persons and technical contact persons. Select the appropriate category from the list before you assign users.

Tip: If the appropriate approval role does not yet exist, click the New role contact / user category button to create a new approval role. See Approval rules for more information on defining approval roles.

Available users

This list displays all users belonging to the <CompanyCap>. To assign users as contact persons for the company, select the users and click the icon .

Assigned users

This list displays all users assigned to the selected rolecontact / user category. and their contact data (telephone, fax, e-mail). To remove users from the Assigned users list, select the users and click the icon .

Click this icon to display the user details or contact person details.

New user

Click this icon to create a new user. The user profile for the user is displayed.

Note: You can only create a contact person in the Users list.

New role contact / user category

Click this icon to create a new role contact / user category.
