User profile

Page finder

On the user profile page, you can edit the data and settings for a user or a contact person. Changes that you make in the user profile only take effect the next time the user logs on. Which information you can edit depends on your rights as a company administrator.

Note: The user may change or add to the some of the data in his profile.

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Tab

Information

Master data

Enter personal user data, information about the company, assign a user name and password, and select various settings and properties for the user.

Formats

Select default settings for the user's addresses and regional settings and enter contact and recipient addresses. Add multimedia attachments, text and Internet links to the user profile.

Groups

Assign role sets, authorization sets, user groups, catalogs and conditions.

Accounting

Assign budgets and accounting data, such as cost centres, projects and credit cards.

Messages

Select settings for the display of messages in the user's lobby.

Delegations

Assign a deputy for the user in his absence and activate the deputy function.

Comment

Add comments and attachments to the user profile.
