Users list - Users tab

Page finder

This tab displays a list of all users and contact persons that you are authorized to edit. Which users are displayed here and which information you can edit depends on your rights as a company administrator. You can create, edit and delete users and contact persons.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column

Description

Details

displays details of the user profile

indicates a contact person. Contact persons cannot log on to the system

indicates a user who has been assigned to a role set. Position the mouse cursor over the icon to view the names of the assigned role sets in the tooltip

Only available for users with the authorization set Superuser. Click this icon to log on as this user. This icon is not available for deleted users or for users that have been disabled (see Master data tab).

Only available for users with the authorization set Superuser. Indicates a deleted user. To reactivate the user, click this icon and enter a new password in the Master data tab.

Last name

Surname of the user

First name

First name of the user

User name

User's login name (not available for contact persons)

Last logged on

Date on which the user last logged on to the system (not available for contact persons)

Currency

Currency displayed in the user interface for this user

Language

Language displayed in the user interface for this user

Company

Company of the user
