Company

Name of the company for which the responsibility is valid. Enter the name of the company or search for the name. The other fields are only displayed when a you have selected a company.

Responsible user

Name of the user who is to be responsible for the cost centre, type of costs, project, control structure, user or basic contract. Enter the name of the user or search for the name. As company administrator, you can only select the users of your company and its subsidiary companies.

Select

Select the object type to which you want to assign a user as the person responsible: cost centrer, type of costs, project, control structure, user or basic contract. This list only contains objects that have been created for the selected company. For example, if no projects have been defined for the company, the entry Project is not available.

Select name

Select the name of the cost centre, type of costs, project, control structure, user or basic contract. This option is only displayed if you have specified the type of object in the Select field. The selection list displays all cost centres, type of costs, projects, control structures, user or basic contracts that have been defined for the selected company.

Note: If you leave this field empty, the definition applies to all cost centres, types of costs, projects, control structures, users or basic contracts of the company in question.

Number format

Number format for the cost centre, type of costs or project. This option is only available if the assignment of number formats is configured in the system and different number formats are provided by the company.
