Page finderThis tab displays general information entered by your administrator as well as the authorization sets and user groups, catalog and conditions that have been assigned to you. Which information is displayed here and which information you can change depends on your user rights.

Date from which your system access is valid. You cannot log on to Impact Ordering before this date. |

Name of your company |
Personnel number |
Your personnel number within your company |
Last modified |
Date and time at which the information in your user profile was last changed. |
Current log-on |
Date and time at which you logged on to the current session. |
First name |
Your Christian name |
Valid till |
Date until which your system access is valid. After this date, you can no longer log on to Impact Ordering. |
Superior |
Name of the manager who approves your orders. |
Superior (professional) |
Name of your direct manager |
Last log-on |
Date and time at which you logged on to the system before the current session. |
Authorization sets
This section shows which authorization sets have been assigned to you. Authorization sets determine your user rights within the system.
User groups
This section shows which user groups you have been assigned to. User groups determine your user rights and also which catalogs you can use.
Catalogs
In this section, the names of the catalogs that you can use for your orders are displayed in the Assigned catalogs list.
Conditions
In this section, the conditions that you can use (for example, discounts) are displayed in the Usable conditions list.
