Contract overflows list
Page finderThis page displays a list of all budget contracts that have exceeded the values defined in the contracts. A budget contract is exceeded when the quantity ordered exceeds the current residual value of the budget contract or its quotas.
The person ordering the goods is informed that the contract has been exceeded. He can remove the products from the basket or reduce the quantity ordered. The purchaserregional manager responsible for the basic contract is informed by e-mail and in his lobby.
You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).
