If your company administrator has assigned accounting information to you in your user profile, such as cost centres, cost types, projects, credit cards and control structures, you can select this accounting information before you submit a basket. Which accounting information is displayed depends on the settings that your company administrator has selected in your user profile.
Note: Your company administrator may have specified that the selection of specific accounting information, such as a cost centre, is mandatory for your baskets. In this case, you cannot submit the basket until you have selected this information. The selection of other accounting information may be optional, depending on the settings defined by your company administrator.
You can select accounting information for the entire basket and also select different accounting information for individual items in the basket.

Depending on which accounting information you selected, additional icons are displayed next to the item in the basket to indicate that individual accounting information has been selected for this item. See Icons displayed in baskets for more information.
