Selecting basket addresses

Before you submit a basket, you must select the delivery, invoice and contact addresses for the basket. You can select addresses for the entire basket and also select different addresses for individual items in the basket.

Note: In some cases the selection of addresses may not be possible, for example, when invoice and delivery addresses have been defined by the company administrator.

Selecting addresses for the basket

  1. Open the basket (see Editing baskets).
  2. Click the Addresses tab.
  3. From the selection lists, select the addresses that you want to use for the basket.
  4. Click the button :
    • Order (for purchase requests) or Send (for requisition notes) to order the products in the basket immediately
    • Save, to save the basket without ordering the products
    • Save as template to save the basket as a template. See Using templates for more information on templates.

Selecting addresses for basket items

  1. Click the icon next to the item in the basket for which you want to select addresses.
  2. Click the Addresses tab.
  3. From the selection lists, select the addresses that you want to use for the basket item.

    Note: You do not have to select from all lists. You can, for example, just select a recipient address. In this case, the mailroom, invoice and contact addresses specified for the entire basket will be used for the item.

  4. Click Apply.

Depending on which addresses you selected, additional icons are displayed next to the item in the basket to indicate that individual addresses have been selected for this item. See Icons displayed in baskets for more information.
