General information on baskets
You can create as many baskets as you wish. Baskets are displayed in the basket list.
Active basket
New products are always added to the active basket. The currently active basket is highlighted in the basket list. There can only be one active basket, but it is also possible that no basket is active. If no basket is active, a new basket is created automatically when you add products to the basket. If you want to add products to a different basket, you can deactivate the currently active basket and activate a different basket (see Activating and deactivating baskets).
The status of a basket is indicated by the following icons that are displayed in the basket:

Mixed baskets and supplier baskets
You can add products from different suppliers to your basket. The basket can then be processed as a mixed basket or a supplier basket.
Mixed basket
In a mixed basket, all items of all suppliers are displayed. All displayed items are processed and ordered together.
Supplier basket
In a supplier basket, only the items of a single supplier are displayed, processed and ordered.
All actions you perform on the basket, such as sorting, only affect the items of the supplier, all items of other suppliers in the basket are not affected.
When the basket is ordered, only the items of the selected supplier are ordered. These items are removed from the mixed basket. The remaining items in the mixed basket from other suppliers can be ordered later.
Switching from a mixed basket to a supplier basket
- In the Positions tab of the basket click the column heading Supplier (Outlet).
The items in the basket are sorted by supplier and basic contract.
- Click the name of a supplier to display this supplier basket.
All items from the selected supplier are displayed.
- Click the icon
to display the mixed basket again.
