Deleting catalogs

You can delete supplier catalogs and user catalogs. The deletion process is different, depending on whether you want to delete a manually created user catalog as for example a core article catalog, an eCl@ss catalog, a super catalog, a catalog from the catalog editor, or an original supplier catalog.

• If you delete manually created user catalogs, eCl@ss catalogs, super catalogs or core article catalogs, you can create them again at any time from the supplier catalogs.
• If you delete a user catalog with original supplier catalog, you have to re-import the catalog, as all product groups, i.e. the structure of the catalog, have been removed. The accompanying supplier catalog will still be displayed in the overview of the supplier catalogs, also the affiliated basic contract. In case of a new import, the old supplier catalog should be replaced, so that the basic contract will be transferred to the new catalog.

1. On the page Catalog administration please click the link:
   • Supplier catalogs, if you want to delete a supplier catalog
   • User catalogs, if you want to delete a user catalog

   The page Supplier catalogs or User catalogs will be displayed.

2. Click the icon   next to the catalog.

   The page Supplier catalog or User catalog is displayed.

3. Click the button  Delete and confirm the deletion with a click of the button Delete.
