Editing order confirmations

You can edit order confirmations as long as the order has not been closed for the issue of order confirmations. Orders are closed for the issue of order confirmations by activating the Closed checkbox in the order confirmation details.

1. Select the menu Control Center.
2. Select the menu item Orders or click the link Order Administration.
3. Click the link Purchase orders.
4. Click the link Order confirmations.
5. Click the link:
   • Order confirmations to view a list of all order confirmations
   • Order confirmation positions to view a list of individual order confirmation items

   The Order confirmation page is displayed. Select the menu item Help to display detailed information about this page.

6. Click the icon next to the order confirmation or item that you want to edit.

   The Order confirmation page is displayed. Select the menu item Help to display detailed information about this page.

7. Make the necessary changes.
8. If you do not intend to add more order confirmations to the order, activate the checkbox Closed and click Save. If you do not activate the Closed checkbox , you can continue to edit or add order confirmations for the order.

Note: You cannot make any changes or issue new order confirmations if you have closed the order.
