Viewing requisition templates

You can view an overview of all company and system templates and create baskets based on these templates. You can only view company templates for companies (and their sub-companies) to which you have been assigned as a purchaser.

1. Klicken Sie auf der Seite Bestellverwaltung auf den Link Requisition templates.

   The page Templates is displayed.

Tip: You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

1. Click the icon to view or edit a template.

   The page Template is displayed.

   For more information about editing templates please see Editing templates in the user guide Requesting and ordering products

   Note: You can only edit the details of the templates if you have the necessary authorization.

2. To create a basket based on the template, click the Add to active basket button. For more information about baskets, please see Creating and filling baskets in the user guide Requesting and ordering products.
