Changing order quantities

If you have sufficient user rights, you can change the quantities of ordered products. If the order has not yet been sent to the supplier, you can increase or reduce the quantities. If the order has already been sent to the supplier, you can only reduce the quantities. Reducing the quantity effectively results in a cancellation of part of the order. The quantity of requisition notes cannot be changed.

• To change your own orders, select the menu item Status and click the Requests tab.
• To change orders submitted by other users, select the menu item Control center and click the Order administration link. Then click the links for the item you want to cancel:
  • Purchase requests - Purchase requests - Overview
  • Purchase orders - Purchase orders

1. To change all order items, click the checkbox next to the order to select it .

   To change individual items, click to display the items, then click the checkbox next to the items to select them .

2. Click the Change amount button.

   The Change amount/cancel page is displayed.

3. For each item, in the New quantity field, enter the new quantity. Enter zero to completely cancel the order for an item.

   Click the icon to if you want to calculate the new price.

4. Click Save.
