Automatic receipt of goods (scheduled task)
If there are basic contracts, which provide for/allow automatic receipt of goods, this scheduled task must be configured. It has no other parameters, as it takes the necessary data directly from the relevant basic contracts – as well as automatically creating delivery notes, this task is also used to close them and initiate any complaint required, if there has been no manual intervention in this process.
Recommended execution interval: In principle, it is sufficient to run this task once a day, however an interval of 1 to 3 hours is recommended to ensure prompt action and so as not to confuse the user (for example, if a user orders at 08:00 in the morning and the scheduled task runs once a day at 03:00, receipt of goods actually takes place after 4 days, as the task works on a 24-hour cycle).
