Fax order status check (scheduled task)
This task is responsible for importing the e-mail status acknowledgement for orders that have been sent via a fax gateway using PDF and parameter files. You only need to set this task up once, unless different e-mail accounts are deliberately used for status acknowledgements.

Path |
Enter a valid path to your work directory. The task creates the " todo, error, done" subdirectories at this location for storing and processing the downloaded e-mails. |

POP3 Server |
Enter the POP3 server (IP or full name with domain) if the data has to be retrieved from a mailbox before importing |
SMTP server |
Enter the name if the sender is to be notified in case of an error |
POP3 user name |
Name of the mailbox used |
POP3 password |
Password for the mailbox used |
Inform sender in case of error |
Optional (the "SMTP server" field must be filled in if used) |
Delete Messages from mailbox |
Read data is removed from the mailbox with this setting. Only unread messages are imported |

Note:The mail body may be blank and, in case of failure, can optionally contain a detailed or brief error message. "success" means "Fax send successful", "failure" means "Fax send not successful ".
