Request for quotation (scheduled task)
The task closes a tender or automatically awards the contract. The input boxes to award a contract only appear if it is closed.
This task is not shown in the lists of scheduled tasks if it runs without errors. It cannot be created manually, so its name is only displayed write-protected in the dialogue box. The task is only displayed in the overview if there is an error.
The Request for quotation task is generated automatically for every request for quotation to a supplier; once the quotation deadline has been reached, the quotation deadline can be seen in the requistion.
