URL pinger for external catalogs (scheduled task)
As soon as there are one or more external catalogs (OCI catalogs), it is worth setting up this scheduled task and running it at intervals of approx. 10 to 30 minutes.
This module checks all external catalogs to see if they are currently accessible in the a reasonable time, and indicates those catalogs which 'are not accessible' in the catalog overview. This prevents error messages (Error 404, Request timed out, etc.) being issued during maintenance work, server or network failures of suppliers connected using OCI or longer maintenance times when calling up when the network is heavily loaded.

Intervals of approx. 10 to 30 minutes
