Creating and editing catalogs (Suppliers)

You can create new catalogs or edit existing catalogs in the catalog editor. You can add, rename, move or delete product groups and products and edit product data, such as the article number or price. You can also copy product groups and products from other catalogs into the catalog or copy product groups and products within the same catalog.

Tip: If you already have an existing catalog in a suitable format, you can upload it to Impact Ordering. See Uploading catalogs for more information.

  1. Select the menu item Supplier.
  2. Click the Catalogs link.
  3. Click the Catalog editor link.

    The catalog editor is displayed.

  4. In the Choose catalog tab, select the catalog that you want to edit. To create a new catalog, select the option Create new catalog and enter a name for the catalog.
  5. Click the Next button to edit the catalog.
  6. The Edit catalog tab is displayed. See Using the catalog editor for information on using the catalog editor.
