On this tab you can edit the catalog that you selected in the Choose catalog tab. You can:
- Add new product groups and new products to the catalog
- Rename and delete existing product groups and products
- Copy product groups and products from other catalogs into the catalog or copy product groups and products within the catalog
- Move items within the catalog
- Edit product data within the catalog
Source catalogs are displayed on the left of the page. The destination catalog, which you selected in the Choose catalog tab, is displayed on the right of page. You can copy items from the available source catalogs into the destination catalog. If you are creating a new catalog, the source and destination catalog is the same.
The Filter enables you to filter the source catalogs or the destination catalog.
- To filter the source catalogs, select an item from the Filter selection list at the left of the page, enter a search term in the input field and click the icon
. - To filter the destination catalog, select an item from the Filter selection list at the right of the page, enter a search term in the input field and click the icon
.

Source
In this section you can select products and product groups from the available catalogs that should be copied to the destination catalog.
Note: You cannot edit items in the Source section. However, changes that you make in the Destination section are also made in the Source section.
The Catalogs tab displays a list of all available catalogs, the Groups tab displays a list of all product groups within the selected catalog and the Products tab displays a list of all products within the selected catalog or product group.

Indicates an internal catalog. Click the icon to display the catalog’s product groups.

Displays an approved product group for an internal catalog. Click the icon to display subordinate product groups at the next level in the catalog hierarchy.

Displays a non-approved product group for an internal catalog. Click the icon to display subordinate product groups at the next level in the catalog hierarchy.

Displays a product from a catalog. Click this icon to view detailed product information.

Displays a product from a catalog with the core catalog attribute. Click this icon to view detailed product information.

Activate the check box next to one or more products or product groups to select them for copying to the destination catalog.
Note: You must also select a target location in the destination catalog by clicking the icon next to product group or catalog into which the selected source item should be copied.

Destination
In this section you can add, copy, move, rename and delete items in the destination catalog.

Click this icon to select a product group or a catalog as the target to which selected source items should be copied or moved.

Adding new items
- To add a new product group at the top level of the destination catalog, enter a name in the product group input field
and activate the checkbox
next to the input field. Then click the icon
next to the catalog name to select
the catalog as the destination for the new product group. Click the Move button. - To add a new subordinate product group, enter a name in the product group input field
and activate the checkbox
next to the input field. Then click the icon
next to the product group to which you want to add the subordinate product group to select
it as the destination. Click the Move button. - To add a new product, enter a name in the product input field
and activate the checkbox
next to the input field. Then click the icon
next to the catalog name or product group to which the product should be added to select
it as the destination. Click the Move button.
Renaming items
- To rename a product group, click the icon
next to the product group to select
it. In the product group input field
, enter the new name and activate the checkbox
next to the input field. Click the Rename button. - To rename a product, click the icon

next to the product or click the product name. The Product data page is displayed. In the Name field on the Product tab, change the name of the product and click the Save button.
Copying items
- To copy an item from the source catalog to the destination catalog, activate the checkbox
next to the item in the source catalog and click the icon
next to the catalog or product group into which the item should be copied to select it
as the destination. Click the Copy button. - To copy an item within the destination catalog, activate the checkbox
next to the item in the destination catalog and click the icon
next to the product group into which the item should be copied to select it
as the destination. Click the Copy button.
Moving items
Activate the checkbox
next to the item in the destination catalog and click the icon
next to the product group or catalog into which the item should be moved to select it
as the destination. Click the Move button.
Deleting items
Activate the checkbox
next to the item or items in the destination catalog and click the Delete button. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button on the message page that is displayed.
Editing product data
In the destination catalog, click the icon
