Self-registration

If your system is configured accordingly, prospective users can register themselves in Impact Ordering. To register you need the web address (URL) of the system. This information is provided by your company administrator.

  1. Open your web browser and enter the Impact Ordering web address in the address bar of the browser.

    The login page is displayed.

  2. Click the Register button.

    The User agreement page is displayed.

  3. If you fulfill the conditions for the use of Impact Ordering described in the User agreement, click the I am entitled button.

    The First log-on page is displayed.

  4. Enter a company name or select a existing company.

    If you select an existing company and if carbon copy users have been created for this company, you can also select a carbon copy user. You then automatically take on the settings and rights definded for the carbon copy user and you only have to adjust or fill in your personal data.

  5. Click the Next button.

  6. Enter your personal data in the User data tab.

  7. Click the Next button.
  8. Enter your address data in the Address tab and click Save.

    The log-on page is displayed. You can now log on with your user name and password (which you defined in step 6).

Note: When you have successfully registered, your user access may have to be approved first by a company administrator. In this case, when you log on again, you see the message: "Your access is blocked".
