Change / cancel quantities - Details

On this page you can change the quantity of an order. This may be necessary, for example, if an order has not yet reached the minimum order value specified in the basic contract (identified by the Pending status).

• If orders have not yet been sent to the supplier, you can increase the quantity. If the minimum order value is reached when you save the changed quantities, the order can be sent to the supplier.
• If orders have already been sent to the supplier, you can only reduce the quantity. Reducing the quantity effectively results in a cancellation of part of the order. A cancellation is automatically generated and a cancellation message is sent to the supplier.

Note: Order quantities can only be changed if cancellation conditions have been specified in the corresponding basic contract.

Positions

Field	Description
Product	Designation of the product
Status	Status of the order
Old quantity	Initially ordered quantity. Quantities that have already been delivered are indicated in parentheses.
New quantity	Enter the new quantity in this field. By default, this is the same as the order quantity Increase the quantity to reach the minimum order value Reduce the quantity to cancel part of the order Enter zero into the quantity field to cancel the order for a position
Single price	Unit price for the item
Requested by	Name of the user who requested the goods
	Click this icon to recalculate the price
Total price	Total price for the old and new order quantity.

Cancellation information

This section displays details of the cancellation conditions specified in the basic contract, for example cancellation fees and their validity.

Minimum order amount

If a minimum order amount has been specified in the basic contract, this amount is displayed in this section.

If the minimum order amount has not been reached, you can add further products by clicking the Add product button. The Search page is displayed. Find the product that you want to add and click the icon to add it to the order. Enter the required quantity in the New quantity field.
