On this page you can view and edit an authorization set.
Note: For authorization sets that have been defined by the system, you can only change the name. Individual rights are assigned automatically.
In the Name fields, enter a name for the authorization set. If several languages are installed, you must enter a name for each language.
Activate the check box Hide to hide the authorization set. A hidden authorization set cannot be used anywhere in the system.
Adding individual rights
Click the Add individual right button to add a new right to the authorization set. Select the right from the selection list.
Depending on which individual right you select, an additional selection list is displayed in the Relation section. In this selection list, select the organisations for which the right should apply:
Click to remove assigned rights.

Assigning an authorization set to other users
You can specify whether users with the authorisation set Decentral Administration Service (DAS) or Central Administration Service (CAS) may assign the current authorization set to other users. Select the appropriate option:
Session Timeout
For security reasons, a user may be automatically logged off if he has logged on but has not worked with the system for 20 minutes.
For the current authorization set, you can specify after how many minutes the user should be automatically logged off, for example, 10 minutes. If a user with this authorisation set has not worked with the system for a period of 10 minutes, he is automatically logged off.
